WHAT IS GENTRIFICATION?

Gentrification is a very common trend in many metropolises the world over and seems largely inevitable. Is this trend and process of change beneficial or not? How does it impact the area and local residents? Is it a process that requires intervention or is it best to let things take their course? To answer these and other questions and then write your essay you will need to do some research.Your essay will end up being a combination: definition, process, advantages and disadvantages or cause and effect but this is FINE.
