The Reformation, which was a movement
initiated by Martin Luther, was basically a religious movement which emerged as
a reaction to corruption in the Catholic Church and various other factors. The
reformation had far reaching social, political and economic effects along with
the obvious intellectual ones and as such helped shape modern Europe and
European society. If you wish to kill two birds with one stone and both learn
about this important historical event and develop your writing skills, use the
