TELL THE STORY OF THE IRISH POTATO FAMINE


The Irish potato famine that took place in the mid 19th century in Ireland had far reaching social, political, economic and personal effects and could so easily have been avoided. The disaster was exacerbated by Victorian England’s mismanagement of the affair. Do your research  and tell the story of this terrible period in Irish history.
