AUTOCRATIC VERSUS DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT


There are various different leadership styles ranging from relinquishing complete control and providing no guidance at all to the opposite; holding all the ropes and maintaining a tight grip on everything.
