Emerson said “Life is short, but there is always time for courtesy”. Yet people seem to have forgotten all about civility in many areas of life in spite of its many advantages. Sheila Suess Kennedy got it right when she said "We cannot find common ground without civility, and we cannot solve our problems without finding common ground." Do you agree?
