SELF COMPASSION



Being kind to yourself or self compassion is fundamental for physical as well as mental well being but is often overlooked. Beating oneself up over every little thing; torturing oneself over every little mishap does untold and lasting damage to the psyche and eventually, to physical health. Do your research and write about what self compassion is and why it is so important.
