CELLULAR MEMORY: DOES IT EXIST?

We occasionally read about recipients of organs who suddenly develop likes and dislikes or proclivities they have hitherto not had and which their donor had. Is an organ just that, an organ, or do you get more than you bargained for when you undergo surgery to receive a new organ? This question has prompted research into cellular memory.
