This brilliant analysis of how AIDS became a global epidemic and why it is so difficult to control in third world countries lends itself to seriously nasty search reading questions which I have written – employing every trick in the book I might add. Again you will have to find the text on The Economist website (economist.com), and help students out of the holes they end up in.
